What is UDDOM’s Return Policy?
UDDOM offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
- Product has to be in original & unused state
- The request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
- We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
How do I return an order?
To place a request for Return:
- Go to ‘Orders’ Tab
- Click on the Order which you want to Return
- Click on the ‘RETURNS’ button for the product to be returned
- Next, select ‘REFUND’
- Fill the remaining form & click on ‘Submit’
Now, our team will review the request. Once approved Refund/Exchange will be initiated.
Note: You have to upload original product images and NOT the Catalog image.
Please note if your customer has received the empty box/missing components, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:
-Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
-You may be required to provide information like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
-The snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.
The product has been picked up from my customer’s address. When will I receive the refund?
Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next working day. Also, don’t forget to update your bank details, in which you want to receive the refund. You can do so through the ‘My Bank Details’ section, under the Account tab. PLEASE NOTE: In case you hand over an extra/wrong product, the refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the app.
Why is my customer’s return request getting rejected?
If your customer’s return request is getting rejected, it could be possible that you have uploaded the wrong product image or the image of the catalog.
To ensure that your return request is approved:
- Upload only the original product image
- Do not upload the image of the catalog
